The person responsible Mr. Rob Busch is not at all friendly person. As I asked for offer based on measurements for window frames Mr. Busch said I don't like to take work and he himself cancelled the appointment I made with him. I feel really rude person and not at all client oriented. I feel lucky that I am doing frame work for my house with Het Konzijnehuys.

I had a tremendous amount of fun with Kozijnenhuys. From the moment I requested a quote to delivery, I received nothing but compliments. No hassle about the hassle of sending a representative over first, but immediately received a fair quote and price! Then Rob came by for a consultation, and shortly after, the installers came for a measurement. The installers were lovely, friendly people, and now that I see the final result, they also do fantastic work! Something went wrong, and Rob addressed it immediately and resolved it to my complete satisfaction! Rob has short lines of communication, is easily accessible, and will do everything he can to ensure a smooth delivery together with the installers. Kozijnenhuys is definitely recommended if you want complete peace of mind, from the consultation to the installation by expert installers!
