We are very happy with the service provided by Kawita from Het Huis van Amber. She has arranged mortgages for us several times over the past few years. This included both a new mortgage for the purchase of an existing home and a mortgage for the purchase of a plot and the construction of our own home. We have always been completely satisfied. She has now arranged an increase in our current mortgage so we can purchase and renovate. The great thing about her approach is that she clearly explains the impact of a purchase and/or change on monthly payments, but she also points out what would happen if the interest rate and/or your situation changes (e.g., working less, retirement, etc.). All of this is done in a pleasant and professional manner. When you request a quote, you receive a clear list of what you need to provide. In the quote, she clearly indicates what you need to pay attention to, where you need to sign, what needs to be returned, and what is expected. Very helpful! In addition, she is easily accessible, works quickly, and is meticulous. And importantly for us, she has a very pleasant personality: kind, sweet, but to the point when necessary. We highly recommend her!
