I recently had a technician come to inspect my boiler, which has been giving me issues due to its age. I explained the problem, and they asked me to replicate the issue, which caused the boiler to break down completely, as expected. After a call with the main company, I was informed that the boiler needed to be replaced because of a problem with the electrical circuit. The fault code, which could be easily looked up online, confirmed this diagnosis. However, the technician left without fixing the boiler, leaving us without hot water. I ended up having to deal with the issue myself. To make matters worse, we were charged for this visit, essentially just to be told what we already knew—that we needed a new boiler. Overall, I feel like I paid for nothing but extra inconvenience, as the boiler was left non-functional, creating more work for me.

Not worth for me. My hot taps were not working, so a guy came to my house and did nothing but calling tech support of the boiler to ask for help. I could have done that myself! He told me I should fix some pipes or replace my boiler entirely, which is very expensive. So I read the manual, opened the boiler hood and fixed the problem myself after he left. It was just air in the pipes, he could have fixed it in 2 minutes.
