After searching for new window frames and shutters for my apartment, I found Hermetico. From the very first moment to the last, the communication was very pleasant, clear, and honest. Even after the installation. They honor their agreements, deliver excellent work, and came up with good, smart ideas and solutions for my needs. All my ideas and requests, such as black hardware on white plastic, the installation date, and customized window sills, were no problem at all. Once the installation day arrived, I was completely happy with my choice. They had a plaster runner on the floor, a bucket for trash, and very courteous staff. These installers know what you expect, want, and desire as a customer in your own home, and they treat you and your space accordingly. Now that everything has been installed for over six months, I am still very satisfied with the products. All the doors still close properly, as do the tilt-and-turn windows. The ventilation position is also a handy feature on the tilt-and-turn windows. It allows air to escape without rain. As with any project, something unexpected can always go wrong, and this was no exception. They made no fuss at all, and within a week the technicians were on hand to expertly resolve the issue. They have calm, skilled Dutch craftsmen that many companies could learn a thing or two from. If I ever move and need new window frames/glazing again, I'll look no further and choose Hermetico again. Especially in these times, this team's approach is simply fantastic!

Hermetico heeft in nov het hele huis voorzien van kunststof kozijnen met triple glas, horren en rolluiken , en de aanbouw van een nieuwe schuifpui , alles was goed in orde op een meetfoutje na , maar dit is nog voor de feestdagen perfect opgelost, wij zijn zeer tevreden over Hermetico .

Both men were very helpful in identifying the options/choices that would create a beautiful end result. Once the choices were made, the order was quickly placed and delivered promptly. An installation appointment was also scheduled in no time. The men who installed the window frames arrived on time and did an excellent job.
