The air conditioning was installed to our satisfaction, so we also entrusted the maintenance to this supplier. After the maintenance, our air conditioner turned out to have a ticking sound. Because we only discovered this when we turned on the air conditioner, and this was more than 7 days after the maintenance, we had to pay for all costs. No leniency or understanding whatsoever. “It is stated in our terms and conditions.”

Last May 2025, we had an air conditioner installed by Hermano. What a fantastic, incredibly positive experience I had with this company. It all started with the excellent, clear service upfront. They came by and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. They went over everything and gave honest advice about why not to install a more expensive air conditioner from their range. They also helped us think about what we might want to do in the future. Then, on installation day, we had a truly wonderful and pleasant experience with the technicians. They were incredibly skilled and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect installation. What also really stood out was how neat and friendly they were. Everything was neatly cleaned up, and the technicians were also very helpful in finding the best way to install everything. We are so incredibly satisfied with Hermano that we will be purchasing our next air conditioners through them. Highly recommended!

Perfect air conditioning installation at a great price. After a clear quote process, we thoroughly reviewed the agreements on the same day. Two skilled and friendly technicians carried out the installation to everyone's satisfaction. Everything was vacuumed immediately, and the rooms were left neat and tidy. The outdoor ducts were neatly finished. They even took the packaging with them. We are thrilled with our new air conditioners!

It's outrageous how we haven't been helped. We're still waiting for a phone call!! On Friday, January 30, 2026, Bryan visited us to give advice and prepare a quote. After an hour and a half and a few cups of coffee, he left. He promised to provide a detailed quote, as he was very thorough in his approach, and what we wanted wasn't all that exciting, as he was working on very large projects, including one at Le Baron in Almere Stad. I guess he didn't find us interesting enough, because after he left, we haven't heard anything. I sent an email, and they said they'd get back to me ASAP. I heard nothing. I called, and the woman on the phone said he wasn't there but she'd ask him about it. I heard nothing again. I called again, and the woman said I'd transfer you. The woman came back and said he was on his way with a colleague, but he'd call you back. And we're still waiting for that call... Not anymore, of course, because we received excellent service elsewhere.
