Ordered birth announcements from this company. We indicated that due to circumstances (the little one being hospitalized), we hadn't been able to order the cards earlier, but would like to send them now. After a phone call, we were asked to email the order and that they would then email a digital proof. No response to this email. Two days later, I called. The employee said they had ordered and would arrive within a few days, and that a proof would follow as soon as the cards arrived. A week after ordering, I called again. The employee said the cards had arrived, but that they were busy with Carnival. He hoped to email a proof by the end of the week (five days later). But no proof by the end of the week. I called again on Monday. Then a different employee answered the phone. The employee was shocked that it was taking so long and said he would speak to his colleague about it, promising that a proof would arrive in the email the following morning. The next day, however, I didn't receive a proof via the app until early afternoon. After some back and forth via apps, the proof seemed fine (it turned out to have a small flaw that was difficult to spot on the app), and the tickets were printed. After more than two weeks of waiting, we finally received the tickets. Without even an apology from the staff member involved. The tickets could be paid for by card or cash. Cash would have deducted €60 from the price. All in all, a very unusual and extremely disappointing experience.
