Easily above average. As an expat living for 9 years in The Netherlands, experience has taught caution. This company is good, and his employees, installers and back office crew do the company true justice. Having made extensive research for our replacement patio window we visited several showrooms in Limburg, including Belgium, which by the way is not cheaper, this company won out. Their spoken English language is not as good as I would have liked, but, by golly, our experience from the initial and subsequent visits to the showroom, their measuring of the patio window, the offerte, and then through to completion of the installation was excellent. If I need more windows, I would not look further than Henk in future.

We recently had the entire house fitted with new uPVC window frames, insulated glass, cladding, and shutters. Henk Schnackers came to measure everything himself and assembled everything according to our wishes. A team of very friendly and skilled installers completed this project with a fantastic result. The interior finishing was also perfect, without damaging the existing plasterwork or wallpaper. The fiberglass cladding wasn't in their product range, but that wasn't a problem at all with Henk Schnackers, and it was simply ordered and installed. Other window frame companies suggested I just arrange the fiberglass myself 😂

True craftsmen with a passion for their work. Where else do you see that these days? Two years ago, they covered the entire front of my house with uPVC (frames and door) and installed roller shutters. The quality and finish are top-notch. The service is excellent. So, it seems like an easy choice.

I'm giving one star because that's the least I can give via Google. It's been a complete disaster with almost all the window frames we have from this company. We started with the first frame in 2006, the second in 2010, and the last in 2017. We've already had three windows replaced by another company! All in all, I spent over €15,000 and replaced them within 13 years. In those 13 years, I've also spent a few years trying to get things fixed that just won't get resolved. It's a shame I spent all that money and now have to replace them. I didn't expect this until after 25 years. Add to that the two floors that need replacing due to leaks. In short... not satisfied is an understatement.
