I worked with Mary Ann Post in order to purchase a home in Tilburg. I am an international worker and I don't know Dutch but Mary Ann speaks English perfectly. Whenever I liked a house, I just told her and she handled all the viewing appointments and calls herself. I was able to view all of the houses I wanted even though the housing market is moving very fast these days. She also helped immensely with the bidding process. With her help, we avoided overbidding a lot while also making sure our bid succeeded. She came along with us to view some houses and gave her professional opinions on them which helped us to choose the right house for us. After the final viewing before the notary, she gave us a ride (because we don't have a car) to the notary and even gave us a gift (I won't spoil it)! Overall, the experience of working with Hendriks and specifically Mary Ann has been efficient, smooth and enjoyable. Thanks Mary Ann and Hendriks!

I would get them zero if there was an option! I called to get an appointment to visit a house at the same day the house advertised on Funda. The person and I agreed for an appointment on a day, 2 days before the visit day I called as I have a question about the house and surprisingly she denied to accept that I have an appointment with her at all! Time matters to me as I work and live very far from the house we planned to visit, she simply forgot to put my visit on the calendar. So far it doesn't seem awkward. The terrible thing happened when I contact the so called "customer service" and I was using the chat option, she/he replied very rude and after typing 4 short sentences I got this message from the other side: this is a discussion with no end, i end it now!!!!!!!!!!! How rude, impolite and careless a servicing company could be!! If they act like this to visit a house how could they be in the buying process?
