I can't speak dutch and don't know anything of the regulations due selling a house in the Netherlands, so I reached out to Hendriks. I am super satisfied how everything went, the house got sold very fast (in my opinion), it fell very professional at any time and it was a great communication between the team and me. I would recommend this estate agent to everyone who wants to sell a house. Big thumbs up, super good work!

We have just sold our house with Hendriks and we are very happy with our decision. Joost and other Hendriks people were very responsive and helpful. Joost evaluated the house and we discussed the asking price. Hendriks has a system where we can follow up the selling process: how many people wanted to view the house and when; how the viewings were, what the viewers thought about the house and the possibility of giving an offer. Incredibly bad real estate agent. The house was put up for sale due to a divorce battle. And without the consent of either party, it was taken off the market. This isn't allowed! Yet, it's used at Hendriks. Worst of all, my ex didn't even take the house off the market, but his mother did! These practices are absolutely unacceptable here.
