So I called Hekwerk to ask about some specific products and if they were in stock and could be delivered quickly. It was confirmed by phone that everything was available, I just had to place the order and pay. I was supposed to be called the next day to schedule the shipping. I called back after two days since no one called me and I was told that the reason that I wasn’t called is because the products are not on stock. Surprise! The person on the phone seemed to be completely fine with what just happened and was waiting for me to find a solution. I finally managed to get him to get going and figure out when the products would be available again and how we can solve this. I was promised an answer the next day and that they will call. On the 5th day I called back to get the exact response and not one ounce of being bothered by the situation. Even the conversation seemed like I had it with myself. I talked to 3 people from this company and they seem to share one brain cell. For whoever is reading this, don’t bother. They just wasted me a whole week. I need to find a different solution because these guys run around like headless chickens…
