HEKO's communication and execution were extremely poor. There were additional leaks, dozens of holes in the roof due to screws that were far too long, and no consideration was given to the spaces under the roof, resulting in debris and dust everywhere in the living areas. If an employee falls ill, they aren't replaced, and someone has to do the work alone, making the work take longer. The client wasn't informed of their pre-planned work. This job isn't taking a week, but months. Furthermore, no compensation was offered. Think carefully before doing business with HEKO. We've only experienced inconvenience. To add: "One of the skylights was dislocated. It was lying loose on the roof. They also forgot to finish the waterproofing around the chimneys. Sloppiness galore." They started in August, and the work, including the necessary repairs and forgotten parts, is now complete. Now we just have to wait and see if everything stays put and secure during the autumn months. I hope everything is done properly now. If so, I will, of course, report it here. Now, months later, there are thankfully no more complaints about the roof. Although the work was sloppy, careless, and unprofessional, the final conclusion is that the result is there: an improved roof covering. It was months of blood, sweat, and tears for everyone involved, but I can now conclude that it turned out well.

Great service! I called this morning to ask if someone could come by because our gutter had been leaking significantly since last night's downpour. The drops were falling right on the aluminum top plate of our awning, which was making a lot of noise. The schedule for today was already full (understandably), but they said they would see what they could do. A technician came this afternoon and fixed the problem right away. It's so nice to start the weekend without dripping (and without noise), thanks to Heko!

My son placed an order for a roof replacement last year in mid-August. He promised a date for autumn 2022, and contacted the company several times (planning). But they kept postponing it. So far, nothing has been done. That's how HEKO treats ordinary consumers. Wrote H. van den Bogaard.
