Build a new home and contracted them for a complete installation of all hot/cold water, ground bound heat pump system, floor heating and cooling, ventilation (WTW), water calcium filter, main drainage and rain gutters. Communication in begin was little bumpy but had to do with some personal shifts. After quickly getting a dedicated person for my project (Tom) all went well. Very helping, friendly and pragmatic person. Great thx Tom.

I have used Heesmans service for regular maintenance of my Remeha CV-ketel at home. I had good communication before the appointment, however things did not go very well since then. Mechanic came late to the appointment while I had reserved my time from work. He did basic maintenance work and exchanged some materials including the lid of condense pipe of the CV-ketel. When I started running my CV-ketel for the first time for heating after the maintenance, I realized that pipe was leaking and there was water all over the floor. It turned out that Heesmans did not exchange the lid of the the pipe with the right material and did not check whether it is water proof during the maintenance. I called Heesmans to fix it and then they came a few days later (I had to dump the leaking water with a bucket for a few days) and fixed the problem with PTFE tape, not with a permanent solution. I received the bill 2 months later after the first appointment and the cost was 257 EUR including the second visit! I had to discuss a few times saying that 2nd visit was Heesmans fault and I should not be paying anything for their fault. They decreased the cost to 157 EUR, which I still think expensive for a well-maintained and non-problematic CV-ketel maintenance. I lost a lot of time, energy and money for a standard work. I am never going to work with them again after this poor experience.

Very disappointed with this company. They don't honor their agreements. I received a quote for a maintenance contract and an addition to a component. I accepted this quote, only to be surprised with a completely different bill. My neighbor has the exact same boiler and had the exact same job done, but my bill is considerably higher. When I inquire, they give me the runaround and are unresponsive. All in all, it was the wrong decision for me to choose this company.

Frotservice! I had an appointment scheduled in May for three months from now. I was so glad I could make an appointment. They were supposed to call me back several times, but I ended up having to keep following up. Finally, I got through. They were incredibly flexible about the appointment time. Then, the appointment—waited for three months—was gone within 5 minutes BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T KNOW THE BRAND OF THERMOSTAT. Yeah, sorry, that really blows my mind.

Great company. They were very clear upfront about the (at the time) long wait time for the installation of a hybrid heat pump. We received a call sooner than expected to see if we were still interested, as we were on the waiting list. Someone visited to assess the current situation and offer advice. We received a clear quote with a realistic installation time (a two-month wait). We had very pleasant and courteous technicians visit, who tidied up and installed everything neatly. All the pipework was neat. Calibrating the pump requires some specialist work, but they also handled that very well with a follow-up appointment. Excellent company, good service, and premium products.
