We recently moved to Amsterdam, and Heeren Makelaars helped us buy our new apartment. From day one, we felt completely taken care of. My wife and me just sold our home in de Pijp with Heeren Makelaars. After bad experiences with other makelaars, we are happy we found them. Because they were outstanding. Communication was always fast and proactive and internal processes are super fast. And they don´t make false promises. Actually it is the opposite. They keep the promises low key and then they overdeliver. Thank you very much for everything!

Floor was an incredible ally in looking for a house. She made sure we were looking at the right factors of any apartment we looked at and made sure that any offer we put in was reasonable, even at a time when others were putting in unreasonable offers. She was always available to discuss the search and made sure she was available for our viewings. While the house hunt process in Amsterdam is stressful, having someone like Floor on your side makes is very manageable and equally enjoyable. I couldn't recommend her more! Floor is the only agent I will use in Amsterdam.

We found Heeren Makelaars after viewing a few properties that they were listing. We immediately found that they were the most honest and straightforward Makelaars that we've ever dealt with. So, when we eventually found a place to buy, we knew that we would use Heeren Makelaars to sell our existing apartment in Amsterdam Centre. This isn't their usual location so we were a little bit hesitant, but I'm very glad that we went with them. They took their time to list the property and the sales pack was great. They advised us on the best pricing strategy, which we now know was absolutely correct. They turned it around quickly and the apartment was on the market within 2 weeks. They conducted viewings and within one week, we had offers that were well above the asking price, and even above the additional price that we were hoping for. The local estate agent had told us this was completely unachievable. Everything after this also went smoothly and today we have now exchanged with the new owner. We'd highly recommend Heerlen Makelaars, and thank Eran, Roosje and Rosa for all their help in the process.
