I saw lots of great reviews here and that was why I asked them to come for maintaining my boiler. They offered a very high price (about two times more than others) but based on the reviews I assumed he would be great so I decided to pay this amount to him. The pricing was clear and transparent and nothing more was asked even after the job was done. The technician performed a quick maintenance on the boiler and ventilation system, spending roughly 30 minutes in total and charged me about 300Euros. He was fast (which is good) and expensive. At the end, I asked whether they had checked the gas pressure and what the reading was. The response was “about 29 mbar.” This is inconsistent with my setup: the gas meter/regulator was recently replaced in the basement and is set to 23 mbar. The number given appeared arbitrary and undermined my confidence that a proper check was done. I specifically asked about the warning triangle that sometimes appears when a hot water tap is opened. The technician did not provide a clear explanation for the cause of this warning and said it is because the water is too hot inside the pipes! I also asked why the maintenance light was still on. I was told it would turn off after 10 minutes, but two hours later it was still on. This light should have been reset via software with the boiler device as maintainer, which was not done. After taking a shower later that day, the system locked out (It didn't happen for two weeks and after maintenance happened again). When I messaged the technician, they replied that I had booked them only for maintenance, that the error already existed, and that their job was limited to maintenance. Overall, I did not find the approach transparent or thorough. The gas pressure reading provided appeared random, essential checks were not completed (e.g., resetting the maintenance indicator), and the system locked out shortly after the visit. I do not recommend this service provider and will not be contacting them again.
