Our boiler let us down quite suddenly after water got into it following a leak caused by another company. HSH was on site super fast and went through all the options with me properly. We eventually agreed that they would install a new central heating system. Communication went very smoothly, agreements were honored, and a small extra job was included free of charge. I am very happy with the good service they provided! 👌🏻

A great company. I received a good explanation of the new gas boiler regulations that changed in January of this year. They politely placed an extra inspection sticker on my boiler so KIWA could remotely guarantee their quality. Communication was excellent and efficient. Very satisfied with their service.

They've been coming to our house for years, initially through a different technician. We requested maintenance, and suddenly it turned out our flue wasn't properly braced. It's strange, considering it's been like this for years. No maintenance was carried out, and the technician left empty-handed. A few days later, I suddenly received an invoice for an inspection. I called them, as the flue hadn't been changed in recent years and they'd been coming to our house for years. The answer was that the legislation had changed, so they weren't allowed to service the boiler. We had a lengthy discussion with the operator, and then with the technician. They were all quite rude and customer-unfriendly. The legislation concerns the certification of technicians, not the bracing, as those regulations date back to 2012. They weren't even considering getting the flue back into proper working order to meet the standards. Furthermore, they're flaunting an internal issue involving a mechanic who supposedly made a mess of things. They've acquired a whole customer base that supposedly produces a lot of rubbish. It's not nice to just blame your customer like that. The invoice can eventually be cancelled, but only on the condition that I, the customer, leave. I'll just have to find another service company.
