Bad experience with Hazewinkel. Inquire about their (high) rates before doing business with this company to avoid unpleasant surprises. They couldn't find the cause of the problem with our system and therefore didn't fix it. We ended up spending a lot of money. So we called another installer, and after some searching, they found a leak.

No insight into prices on the website or in advance, no insight into the invoice composition. Hazewinkel charges far above what is reasonable. There is no willingness to accommodate the customer.

Scammers. Came to fix a leaky tap. Trying to charge €500 for 4+ hours work when they spent less than 90 mins in total here. much of that is ‘travel time’. We live 10 mins away. Hmmm. On the second visit, they broke the part they were trying to fix. They still want to charge for that visit. Then left us without a bath for over a month as a result, despite us following up many times. The contractor told us the part was very common and couldn’t understand why it had taken so long.

Ridiculous prices. The guy came for 20-30 minutes. They charged for 1.5 hours as they say it it was difficult to park. It's 10mins drive to their office from where we live. It stretches credulity to think they looked for a parking space for that long. Then as if that's not bad enough they add on top €38 'transport costs' which they say are to cover the costs of their new vehicles.... (They also charged a €13 parking fee and €20 for parts which is of course fine). So a €245 bill for 20-30mins work...
