Hastbo did a great job installing a new front door, new window frames, and shutters—beautiful products. However, the after-sales service left much to be desired. Poor (internal) communication, and appointments weren't honored unless you called to follow up. The front door lock stopped working four days after installation. After contacting Jeffrey, he casually said we'd probably caused it ourselves. We ultimately fixed it ourselves with WD-40 because Jeffrey couldn't tell us when he'd be available. Sales clearly takes precedence over service.

We had the window frames on our upper floor replaced this year. We received excellent advice regarding the options in the showroom and on-site. We are very satisfied with the installed frames. We also chose to have roller shutters installed for the bedroom windows. We ordered these from Hastbo as well, after our windows had been installed. As a result, the roller shutters were mounted a few weeks later. The window frames on the ground floor are also slowly due for replacement, so we will definitely be back.
