Unfortunately, this company is impossible to work with. They don't honor agreements. We've repeatedly requested a (new) logbook. It was supposed to be included in the email, but it wasn't. A very unfriendly receptionist asked us to please email it anyway. The woman promised to do it, but after several reminders by email and phone, she finally told us we wouldn't receive it because we weren't being friendly! That's not surprising, is it?! We never receive a response to our emails or phone requests. Communication with this company is truly impossible. The customer is king, and this is no longer the case. We are entitled to the file the woman promised us and have submitted this matter to our legal aid. After all, this was paid for. We regret this course of events, but unfortunately, we are the only ones doing so, as Hartkamp is not at home. It's somewhat comforting to read more of these kinds of experiences and reviews online. Although we would, of course, have preferred it to be different.

My grandmother, who is 90 years old, had a leak in her kitchen sink. You came by twice, first one man alone, then two men together, they fiddled around in the cupboard. The first day it cost around 90 euros, the problem was not solved. The second time the bill was 135 euros, then my grandmother was told that if it was still leaking it was due to the pipes in the ground, but the problem still persisted. Then another company was called in and after 15 minutes the problem was solved and so the problem was not in the ground. IF YOU ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL DO NOT OFFER YOUR SERVICES, I think this falls under fraud so I do not recommend this company!

I strongly advise against doing business with this company. I made an appointment at the agreed-upon time to repair a problem that persisted. The technician arrived an hour before the agreed-upon time and left a note through the door stating that I was not home and could reschedule. They didn't bother to call or anything. I then called reception, where they said they don't schedule appointments this way. It seems like anything goes when something needs to be scheduled. But if something goes wrong, you're left to figure it out yourself. The solution they offered was certainly inadequate.
