The contact with René (one of the few real estate agents) is wonderfully informal, and he does his job very well as my selling agent. I especially appreciated that he was easy to reach and thoroughly reviewed the entire questionnaire with me when I indicated that some questions were unclear. It was also nice that he quoted a fixed fee upfront; he didn't offer a bonus based on the sales price or asking price. He works with a photographer who worked perfectly with me to capture my apartment in the best possible way. I'm very happy with it! It did require a few rounds of feedback on documenting the "item list" (the items that are/are not/are optional for the sale). I received this as a printed document to fill out, and the photographer digitized it. A few things went wrong during the digitization process, and it took several rounds of feedback. In my case, I would have preferred to have done it digitally, or I would have liked to see the final version before it was printed in the brochure so I could have pointed out the last error. "Assembled shelving unit" was written as "assembled shelving unit." But if that's the worst of it, then it all turned out well.
