HARRYVAN LEAVES CUSTOMERS WITH VERY POOR, UNFINISHED WORK! After a major renovation of our home in 2019, we engaged Harryvan to install three built-in wardrobes, expecting to be working with a professional and reputable company. Five months after the agreed-upon completion of the wardrobes, Harryvan left us with: - a wardrobe that couldn't hang clothes because Harryvan had made it too shallow - a wardrobe without doors - 12 of the 14 drawers were made narrower, completely unnecessarily and without consultation - a door locking system was installed that wasn't suitable for the wardrobes - damage to freshly plastered and painted walls and ceilings, etc. Over the past four years, we've done everything we could to get Harryvan to take responsibility for the mistakes and resolve the problems. However, since this was unsuccessful, we had no choice but to take legal action against Harryvan. It's a disgrace that things have come to this for a company that advertises the completion of large projects, while they let the construction of three built-in cabinets end in a fiasco. Not to mention that Harryvan advertises "100% satisfaction" and states that the work they perform "... must be perfect" and that they won't leave "... until all the work is completed." My wife, my daughter, and I, now 9 years old, have been financially disadvantaged and treated scandalously by Harryvan. With this review, we hope to warn other customers about Harryvan's disgraceful practices.
