Ginny from Hanson Totaaltechniek provided excellent service this morning, responding promptly to my 8 AM call on a Saturday. She quickly addressed the issue with my CV Ketel, topping up the pressure, bleeding the air, and recalibrating the temperature settings. Ginny went above and beyond by explaining in English some important aspects of my CV Ketel and heating system, along with next steps to take in case of future issues. We have maintenance for about 5 years with Hanson and now when our central heater in the house broke down we got it replaced by Hanson as well. Everything was done in timely manner according to agreement. All works without problems and I surely will continue business with them. Hanson has been proven to be reliable.

At first, I thought they were a pretty good company, but in the end, I experienced some strange things. During a maintenance appointment, a leak was suddenly reported, but the source wasn't clear. Even though no repairs were made, the leak only reoccurred once. A component had started to rust, meaning my boiler would need replacing sooner. I received a quote that was almost twice as expensive compared to other companies, and I repeatedly inquired about the difference. I didn't receive a single response for weeks. When I contacted another company for a no-obligation quote for a replacement boiler, they said the boiler would easily last another 2-3 years. A maintenance appointment was all I needed, and certainly not a new boiler. This smelled like a scam!

After a cost-effective and well-executed service on my boiler, I had a minor problem with the hot water in the bathroom a few weeks later. I called Hanson, and they were there within an hour, and it was resolved incredibly quickly. It turned out to be just a clogged sink tap!
