Steboma made an appointment to visit me on 18 February 2025, saying the "monteur" would arrive between 9am and noon. They didn't inform me she would be late. When she finally arrived at ~14:30, I opened for her, but she went to visit another person in the building with a ventilation issue but no appointment scheduled. Now they have closed the request because "I wasn't home". Super unprofessional!

Rude, uncommunicative, and an organizational disaster. That's my conclusion today after three months of emailing and waiting for a thorough response and action to fix a leak in my house coming from my roof. How complicated is it to arrange a cherry picker and schedule a worker to fix a leak on my roof? Why did I ask Steboma? Because Steboma installed the heat recovery system, including the roof drain, on behalf of our house builder. And that's where the leak is. And meanwhile, it's raining and raining and leaking. Consider this post a management complaint. My patience is gone.

It's incredibly difficult to make an appointment. We've been trying for 15 days now, and we're being sent from pillar to post. We sent an email, and we did that, and we called back, and we did that too. But did we get anything back? No! I understand they're busy, but does it have to take so long to make an appointment? It's incredibly frustrating. I think I've called about four times now, and that's not counting my husband's calls (and emails). It's fine with me. I'll keep looking.

I've had a service request pending on a new construction project for six months now. Communication is minimal, and it still hasn't been resolved. Today, I happened to see some workers working on a neighbor's property. They were supposed to be coming after another job and asked me to stay home so I could visit when they were finished. So I canceled any further appointments that day. Now I realize they've vanished without notifying me.

We have a broken heat recovery unit in a new construction project. Steboma is so busy they can't even schedule a repair appointment. They don't return calls or emails. In short, you can open a window, because with new construction, there's no ventilation in your house if your heat recovery unit breaks. Useless.
