Hagendoorn did the renovation of the house we bought. Since the previous owner was happy, we tried with them for a couple jobs we wanted to do. We had to constantly insist over email for them to respond, even once the jobs had been agreed and they had inspected the property. It took many, many months of back and forth until both jobs were done. The balcony fence was OK, it’s not the strongest one but it’s OK. It was not cheap. Regarding the window fix, they fixed the lock mechanism but damaged the frame badly, see pictures. They left leaving it as is and to us to fix. Besides the frames, the locks also stopped working. Overall, I’d say it’s a hit and miss. They’re nice and polite, but the experience was bad.

Hagendoorn Loodgieters have been maintaining our Boiler for the last 3 years, since moving into our home. I have always been very happy with the service we have received. At the last service, it was evident we needed to replace our boiler - it was no surprise, I had been warned in the years before. I had a need to call in due to a fault, the response was immediate and we decided it was time to replace our system. We did our own research and were happy with the offer we received from Bart. We are excited about the quality of our new boiler, the installation was completed professionally and efficiently. We were up and running on a brand new boiler, within hours. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Hagendoorn team.

Unfortunately, our experience with Bart and his team was not positive. 1.) Bart charged us €235 for changing two metal springs on our vlizotrap, which took his men literally 5-10 minutes. The metal springs itself cost €45. 2.) Bart's team exchanged one of our radiators (€700), which still does not heat up. Hence, the replacement was for nothing. 4.) Bart recommended to replace a boiler for €2400 euros, while another handyman (2nd opinion) replaced a pressure valve, which costs 15 euros. Three months later, the old boiler works perfectly fine without losing pressure. 3.) Communication: Bart sometimes took days to respond and sometimes showed up without notice or only informing us of his arrival 10 minutes before ringing the bell. Initially, making a really good impression on us, we will never request Bart's services again.

This company changed several radiators and installed smart thermostat in my house. It was fast and professional, can not recommend more. Later when I was needed help with one of the old radiators that was not changed Bart came to my house next day. I was surprised with such quick response.
