Not recommended. The boiler in our new house was malfunctioning. We called this company, as they had always handled maintenance. The job was done within 5 minutes; they only removed a part that fixed the problem. Then, two months later, we received a bill for over €100, including over €50 in call-out fees for less than a 5 km drive! This was never reported beforehand, so it was unreliable.

Don't let this company clean your CV! 350 euros!!! For an hour and 15 minutes of work. But you also have to pay for the time the mechanic drives in the car, really, just be normal! They couldn't give you a quote beforehand; unfortunately, they forgot to mention that the call-out fee alone is 50 euros! I called them and explained that they're legally required to state this in advance, but unfortunately, they're sticking with this absurd amount! Last time for me. The comment below is correct! But that doesn't make the time they spent on my CV any longer than the 15 minutes!

We were looking for a local company that could supply a Remeha boiler for our new central heating boiler. Hafkamp ultimately proved to be the best choice for us. They're a relatively small company, so things do occasionally go wrong, partly due to the fact that installation companies (also) face staff shortages. They maintain the boiler efficiently and according to schedule. Best of all, they're not overly bureaucratic. A flue pipe that wasn't rerouted by a third party according to regulations would be reason enough for large national companies to turn their backs immediately. Not with Hafkamp. The technician performed the maintenance properly and then advised us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. That's customer-focused, not putting regulations above the customer. Naturally, we're resolving this immediately and are happy we chose Hafkamp as our installer.
