Nothing but praise!! I ordered a gorgeous natural stone backsplash from Hafkamp for my toilet. After a difficult choice from their wide selection, I couldn't have imagined how fantastic it turned out!! From the initial consultation to installation, the support was fantastic! My request for shelves between the stone was no problem, and at the last minute, I ordered an extra strip and a bluestone sill... also no problem, and it was installed simultaneously. The staff are very friendly and think along with you honestly and, above all, enthusiastically! If I ever renovate again, I will definitely incorporate Hafkamp natural stone 😁

After waiting seven months for a delivery of marble window sills from a reputable company in the region, only to be repeatedly turned away when we complained, we terminated the agreement and started looking for a different supplier. After some Googling, calling around, and visiting a few natural stone companies, we received advice from another natural stone supplier to check out Hafkamp. No sooner said than done. Nicole provided excellent advice and guidance on what we wanted. Incidentally, the shop was pleasant and well-equipped upon arrival. Perfectly stocked with examples and samples, without too many or excessively. The order was followed by the extremely fast delivery of several non-standard marble window sills that had to be cut from a large slab. Ordered on Tuesday morning and delivered on Friday. That's really fast, isn't it? Excellent explanation upon delivery, and despite this not being anticipated or purchased, assistance was provided with installing a window sill over 2 meters long, along with helpful tips for securing and fitting the remaining window sills. This demonstrates genuine dedication to the product and is a wonderful example of craftsmanship and customer focus. I believe many companies could learn a thing or two from this example.
