A waiting list of almost two years, supposed to start in September 2023. We were pleasantly surprised to hear in early September that he'd forgotten us. No, we can't be squeezed in, he's not going to do it anymore. He doesn't have time in his schedule. How professional and friendly is that! Truly antisocial. Not a single good word to say about this contractor!
