In our case, we have sold a house and from the very beggining process of evaluating your house to the final process of selling it, everything went smoothly thanks to Mike's experience. He knows better than anybody the market as well as he has an extensive network which is critical when selling a house. Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with this real estate agent. From the start, communication was difficult, and agreements were frequently not honored. Questions often went unanswered, actions were only taken after repeated insistence, and we did not feel that they were genuinely thinking along with us during the sales process of our home. Despite various conversations and agreements made, we saw no structural improvement. Ultimately, we decided to take the property off the market and switch to another real estate agent. We are aware that start-up costs are not refunded by many agents, but given the lack of quality provided, we had expected at least some form of compensation or leniency. Unfortunately, this was not met with a response. All in all, a very disappointing process for us. We hope that our feedback will be used to improve the service for future clients.
