I had an outdated boiler and requested a quote for a new one. I received it very quickly and then confirmed it. Look, the boiler broke down in the middle of winter. GWI sent a technician anyway to check if a temporary solution was possible. They didn't, the boiler was beyond repair. Now here's the thing: the GWI technician offered to temporarily install heating fans and brought the installation of the new boiler forward so I was only without heating for one day. In the end, the new boiler was installed. I find GWI to be a truly reliable company that thinks along with the customer, and I am very satisfied. Regards.

This morning I called GWI about a malfunctioning underfloor heating system, resulting in an overly warm living room. I left my details and was told I'd be called. And they did, after which technician Joop came to take a look right away. After thoroughly assessing the problem, he got to work right away. The problem was with the pump and the non-return valve. He replaced both, and the problem seems to have been solved. And all that on the same day. We've yet to receive the invoice, so I hope it's not too bad, but we're certainly more than satisfied with how things were handled today. I also shared this in the neighborhood app group. 😇
