Paid quite some amount to take care of renting and managing my property, despite they didnt manage my tenants and I was bothered by tenants for each stupid thing. Paid another year of service in October (ca 700e) and when tenants were leaving in June ( this still in pre-paid one year service window and plus in initial rental fee was already fee for closure inspection), he just didnt arrange it and I got keys thrown to a mailbox by tenants, he wont reply to emails, apartment left dirty, expensive floor damaged, he never went for checkup. I have no idea what did I pay for, in 1 and half year I left there probably more then 3k and they didnt do their service as agreed in contracts. There are many other agencies in the area, avoid this one.

BE CAREFUL! This real estate agent is only friendly when renting or selling. If you end your rent contract they will keep your security for rent for along time before not paying everything back. The real estate agent was suddenly raising the cost for cleaning by 50% to what has been agreed and signed. Was also keeping money for electricity and gas for the period after handover and a ridiculous cost for a small damage. Please be very careful!

Just run away and avoid them at all costs. Regarding renting, they are incredibly unprofessional; they will not follow official procedures and make unjust claims on your deposit.
