The positive reviews led me to them. I asked for professional advice for my heating system at home. A person came by and investigated my house. I was supposed to get a full report plus a quote to change radiators. Nothing happend. I had to mail many times and the only thing I got was an invoice. They promised to issue the report so I paid. Four weeks later, still no report. Being no responsive is a bad sign. Stay away.
