Today, Saturday, I had a problem with my hot water. I called immediately and requested service. The technician arrived within an hour and fixed the problem. It was handled perfectly. I have three locations where GST handles maintenance and always provides preventative, professional maintenance. And yes, a technical component can always malfunction over the weekend. And if they resolve it quickly and efficiently, that's a great job. Thanks, GST! 👍🏻

Unreliable company! Case: Just over two years ago, we had a new Nefit smartline central heating boiler installed in good faith. Unfortunately, it's now malfunctioning and just out of warranty. GST Almelo is refusing to help us fix the problem. We've been stuck with cold water for three days! Never do business with them and go to another company!

I've known GST for several years. They generally handled annual maintenance. And while it often turned out that the annual service was extended by a few months, the technicians were always friendly. On their advice, I had a new boiler installed. It stopped working almost immediately after installation. It was a huge disaster, with GST claiming from the outset that it was working (which it wasn't). The responsibility lay with others the whole time. It eventually became clear that water had leaked into the gas line due to an engineer's mistake. Extremely frustrating. But mistakes can happen. Unfortunately, according to GST, I put water in the gas line myself, even though I use their services because I don't have my own gas connection. Despite a factual account, in which their own technician admitted it must have been a mistake, GST remains steadfast. Unfortunately, after some time, I have to conclude that I definitely cannot recommend them.

They know a thing or two about gas, especially with old boilers, and have reasonable experiences. But by saying that heat pumps are only interesting because of solar panels... they show they can't look at it neutrally... It's sad, and for alternatives, it's best to talk to experts who provide them.
