I unfortunately have to write a negative review regarding communication with GSsolar. My system (17 panels with microinverters and a gateway) was purchased from GSsolar, installed, and configured by them. Unfortunately, the Enlighten app doesn't display the correct information, which irritates me immensely. I think it's a communication problem within the system. I've been trying to find a solution through GSsolar for months, but they never honor their agreements. It's been a year now and I'm fed up with it. I will never recommend GSsolar to anyone. Is it so difficult to speak to a customer or respond to emails and WhatsApp messages? They're also impossible to reach by phone. I never received a response to the official complaint. It's a real shame.
