Our beautiful home was completed in January! We've received many compliments about it. We chose Groothuis because we didn't want too much stress during the construction process, as we have young children, and they succeeded. The app clearly shows which file to submit and when, as well as the construction schedule, which was very helpful! Once they started, they were incredibly efficient. We received excellent service from start to finish. We received quick answers to our questions. Our home turned out exactly how we wanted it. I don't understand the bad reviews. We had five issues with completion, and they were all resolved within three weeks. The same story applies to the other Groothuisbouw homes in our neighborhood. If we ever build again, we'll definitely choose Groothuisbouw!
