The best agency in Amsterdam! The whole team helps find the property of your dreams! French expat living in Amsterdam, wanting to buy my first apartment, I wanted to find the best advisors, knowing the difficulty of the market. Before choosing Groot, I visited a lot of agencies in Amsterdam, and no one gave me the same impression as them. The other agencies judged me on my budget, telling me to come back to them when I had more money, or to lower my standards. When I arrived at the Groot agency, I was considered fully, with my budget and my criteria, and I didn't feel at all that they wanted to make money off my back. After a few months of research, we found the perfect studio for me! Erwin and his team were incredibly helpful from start to finish. Their communication was excellent, and they gave us a realistic overview of the market. Ultimately, we were able to purchase a fantastic apartment in Amsterdam within two months without overpaying (we didn't even have the highest bid). Furthermore, Erwin was present at every step of the process, from viewings to the notary and the building inspection, which is very helpful if you have little experience in the housing market.
