If you want a builder who shows absolutely no regard for the surroundings, choose this company. A few examples: - Construction fences are regularly left open at night. - Without consultation, a crane suddenly appears to block the street. - They treat the street as a loading area and parking lot. Unfortunately, proper landscaping of the plot is out of the question. - The site manager is often not present to supervise subcontractors and suppliers. Consequently, neighbors are often asked what needs to be done. - Under the guise of "everything must be finished before the construction holiday," a heavy machine is rumbling in the street at 6:40 on Saturday, waking up the entire street, only to be absent from the construction site on Monday and Tuesday, and then present again on Wednesday. This is just a small selection of the nuisances of the past few months. Do your neighbors a favor and select a different contractor.

In 2016 and 2017, we worked with Groenhart timber frame construction on a design project that culminated in the construction of our dream home, which was completed in the summer of 2017. Our experiences were very positive, both in the lead-up to construction (design phase, permit application), the construction process itself, and the final result. What stands out most throughout the entire process is the customer-focused approach, always prioritizing our wishes and attention to finish and aesthetics, with a strong focus on financial transparency and predictability. This made for a very enjoyable and generally smooth process, resulting in a fantastic home that completely meets our expectations.
