Satisfied Installers came by today to install my heat pump. This was done very professionally. We also requested a quote from another company. The price was about the same. However, the other company didn't advise us on where to install the heat pump. They wanted to place it near the neighbor's bedroom window, luckily we chose Groenewoud Installation Technology. They could have given us better advice, otherwise we would have had to move it. They left everything neat and tidy and didn't leave until it was completely operational. They also took measurements, cleaned up their workspace, and advised us on aftercare. We had contacted them by phone and they kept their appointments punctually. They took care of everything for us from start to finish and even handled the subsidy application. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors. We've been trying to get the new underfloor heating working for weeks. Communication with technician/installer Omar has been extremely poor. He's been with us at least six times now. He's also failed to show up at least three times, and when he does show up, he's at least two hours late. Extremely unprofessional! We have little faith in a positive outcome. Hopefully, they'll take us seriously and resolve this as quickly as possible! At this point, even one star is too much.
