We visited this company in early October to have some window frames replaced. We called again a few weeks later to manage expectations about when we could expect the quote. We were told they would call us back. But after two and a half weeks of still no response, I called them again and asked if and when we could expect the quote. I also asked if they were interested in taking on a project. The man was very indignant about this. We received the quote that same day. We emailed them for a response eight days later, asking if we could discuss the quote, but ten days later we received no response. On the day of the requested date, we called again and asked why we hadn't received a response at all. They said they would forward this to the person who assisted us in the showroom. We just received an email from them stating that they can't accept any orders due to the many large construction projects. A missed opportunity, and it's very disappointing that you either didn't report this immediately or were honest about the serious communication shortcomings. By covering up the organization's incompetence in communication, we can't be there. It's a waste of our time waiting for a company with an unprofessional attitude.

Due to some recent setbacks, my uncle and aunt had to renovate their house. This construction company has been very helpful and is working to make the necessary changes very quickly. It's great to see that they're not being discouraged by their neighbor across the street, who works every day to make work impossible. These guys deserve a huge compliment!

Antisocial employees who, despite numerous requests, continue to park their vehicles (cars, vans, and trailers) on other people's property. A cadastral map was provided to prove it's not public property, but even then, the vehicles continue to be parked on other people's property. I hope they can read building plans better than a cadastral map. As neighbors of the project where they work, we are absolutely not happy with them!
