Hiring Greenhill Solutions to install a hybrid heat pump system proved to be a rollercoaster of experiences, with both positive and negative aspects impacting my overall satisfaction. One of the biggest challenges I faced was a leak after installation. Initially, the company responded quickly and sent a team to inspect the roof. Despite their efforts, however, the root cause of the problem remained unresolved. Frustrated by the delay in getting an appointment—more than two weeks had passed since the initial report—I took it upon myself to repair the leak to prevent further damage. What compounded my disappointment was the subsequent receipt of an invoice for nearly €500 for a problem that wasn't my fault. After disputing the charges and agreeing not to pay, to my surprise, I received the same invoice again a month later, but ultimately, I wasn't obligated to pay. Another point of contention arose regarding the refund of two items totaling €265. Communication regarding this abruptly ceased, leaving me in the dark. This was ultimately resolved through the intervention of a third party. Furthermore, attempts to obtain an account to access the heat pump's online interface were frustratingly delayed. After months of waiting, I finally received an account, although the initial delay and lack of communication affected my perception of their commitment to customer satisfaction. A persistent problem has also persisted since the installation: the non-return valves have been making a noticeable rattling noise since day one. This disturbing noise, audible day and night, has added another layer of dissatisfaction to my overall experience with the company. After I reiterated this issue when they addressed my account, they acknowledged it, but haven't yet resolved it. They have indicated that they will discuss this internally, and I expect a proactive approach to resolve this ongoing problem. Update: Regarding the persistent rattling noise from the check valves, Greenhill Solutions attempted to address the problem by installing pipe insulation around the check valves and taping them off to reduce noise leakage. While this intervention provided some relief, it did not completely eliminate the noise. To fully resolve the problem, I had to take matters into my own hands by purchasing sturdy insulation boards and installing them against the door, as well as other measures. This silenced the noise, although it did make the door difficult to close. Unfortunately, this solution feels more like treating the symptoms than effectively addressing the root cause. On the positive side, Greenhill Solutions' communication has improved, which is a step in the right direction. However, improvements to a more efficient post-installation problem resolution process are necessary to increase customer satisfaction.

I've had very good experiences with Greenhill Solutions B.V. I was already interested in a Swedish heat pump, and in terms of price-quality ratio, this was the best. I did my own research. We had an ES 12kW (EnergieSave) heat pump installed. And from start to finish, "Bart," the sales representative, guided us perfectly. (Definitely not a quick salesman!!) He came up with excellent solutions to make the system work PERFECTLY. "It's still a renovation project in a 1970s house." And compliments to the two installers too!! They work incredibly hard with respect for your home!! Price: excellent! Quality: excellent! Installation: excellent! Service: excellent! Basically everything: excellent!

From the moment we chose Greenhill, we have had nothing but good experiences. The preliminary survey, the process leading up to the placement, and the installation were handled very carefully. The communication went as desired, and skilled and meticulous technicians did a great job. Even when a few settings turned out not to be working after the installation, time was made available to come all the way from Limburg to get everything working properly. In short, we are very satisfied!

In June 2023, Greenhill installed a heat pump system from ES. Almost a year later, we're more than satisfied. From start to finish, we received excellent advice, and thanks to Greenhill's flexibility, they gradually added (more luxurious) upgrades to meet our needs. The system wasn't functioning properly, due to a heating issue we hadn't used during the summer months. However, after a quick phone call, it was resolved quickly and efficiently. In short, the consultation, guidance, installation, support, and after-sales service were excellent and to our satisfaction. We highly recommend the Greenhill team if you're considering a heat pump installation.

I've been getting this message since November 26, 2024. So far, I haven't heard anything. No one answers, and no one responds to messages or emails. The installation was left very dirty, as you can see in the installation photos... Hi Arut, I'm in the process of contacting a company to replace the heat pump compressor. I hope to have an answer from them tomorrow about when they will come and repair the heat pump.
