VERY POOR PAYER!! SERIOUS RISK FOR WORKING WITH US We are posting this review to warn other companies based on our own experience with GreenTeam/Achieve. Please note that there are multiple trade names under GreenTeam. We have carried out several jobs for GreenTeam, which were completed completely and correctly. There have never been any complaints, objections, or discussions about the quality of the work. Nevertheless, several invoices remained unpaid. Despite repeated payment requests, reminders, and an official demand for payment, no payment was received. No concrete payment proposal was made, and communication about this remained vague and pointless. Ultimately, we were forced to engage a debt collection agency to enforce payment. We consider this behavior unprofessional and unreliable. As a contractor, you incur costs, invest time and personnel, and you should expect invoices to be paid within a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. We are sharing this experience so that other companies are aware of the risks of working with GreenTeam. Based on our experience, we advise other entrepreneurs to be very cautious, make clear payment agreements in advance, or reconsider their collaboration. I'm still very dissatisfied with Greenteam. Greenteam provided a quote for sanding and finishing the floor and stairs (with decorative wax and Hardwax top coat). The intention was/was for the floor and stairs to receive the same treatment and color. The work took place during our vacation. After returning from vacation, it became clear that almost everything had gone wrong. The agreed-upon color of decorative wax was applied with a brush/roller and not with a cloth as directed by the manufacturer. The decorative wax was also applied far too thickly on the stairs, making the wood grain invisible. This is partly due to the application method (brush/roller) and partly to the amount applied. Furthermore, the stairs were not sanded after being treated with the decorative wax (and therefore before being finished with the top coat). As a result, the surface of the stairs feels rough, and dirt and dust remain visible on the steps. Furthermore, the top coat applied to the stairs is already peeling after only two days of use. The floor has been treated partly with one coat of decorative wax and partly with two coats. This has created significant color differences and clear streaks in the floor. Furthermore, the stairs and floor are not the same color. Last week, we discussed this with Greenteam. Greenteam proposed repairing the stairs and floor for an additional charge of €700. This is, of course, absurd; the agreed-upon work was not properly performed, and the repair costs are being billed to the customer. The final word on this matter has not yet been spoken. I have made a counter-proposal and am awaiting Greenteam's response. I will update this review after the outcome of our discussions about the repair of the floor and stairs. To be continued. Update September 8th. Despite Greenteam's promise to refinish the floor free of charge, I have been unable to schedule an appointment with them. They respond to emails late or not at all. In the meantime, I have contacted my legal expenses insurance for legal advice. To be continued For photos of the work performed: see Google Maps/Greenteam review Update October 3 Greenteam has met our needs and will re-sand and re-treat the floor and stairs free of charge. Our discussions about this were very pleasant. The work is scheduled for completion sometime at the end of October. Update December 2024 After extensive consultation, Greenteam has re-sanded and re-treated both the floor and the stairs. The floor is completely satisfactory, but the stairs are not. The surface of the stairs is rough and stained. There are also sanding marks on the steps, which indicate that the sander was pressed far too hard while sanding the stairs. Inquiries with another painter revealed that the stairs are so "damaged" that optimal results are no longer possible. The paintwork on the wall is also damaged, and brush hairs are visible in the work Greenteam carried out. In other words, due to Greenteam's negligent actions, our brand-new custom-made staircase was damaged beyond repair. We corresponded extensively with Greenteam about this. Initially, Greenteam disagreed with the painting work they had done on the staircase, but they ultimately accepted that we didn't agree with the result. After many emails back and forth and involving our legal expenses insurance, we agreed to terminate the contract and pay only a portion of the quoted amount. The original quote was €1,400 for the flooring and €1,000 for the stairs. We ultimately agreed to pay a total of €1,000 for the work performed on the stairs and flooring. I would like to compliment Greenteam on the way they communicated with us about the situation. They were always respectful in both the content and form of their communication. I would like to thank them for that.

We had our oak parquet floor sanded and oiled by Greenteam. We're very happy with the result; the floor looks like new again. Thanks!
