I'm happy to share my positive feedback about the Green Advisor group! From the first contact to installation, all went well. The solutions proposed were tailored to our request. The installation went smoothly and was completed within one day. 1,5 years after and we are still positive we've made a great choice. From the first point of contact, to the final installation, everything about Green Advisor Group has been great. The first consultation with the advisor was really great, he explained everything and was very thorough with making the offer. After I accepted the offer, they first sent someone to inspect the roof to check that everything would fit, and adjusted the offer accordingly after this, since my roof was a bit too small. After that, the installation took place, only two months after the first consultation, and they were so effective and professional, even on the hottest day of the year! The following customer support has also been impeccable, I got help with registering for the tax-return and at energieleveren.nl, and now everything works perfectly, the system even produces more than estimated in the offer! I will have to say that they weren't the cheapest option, but I really feel that I have gotten my money's worth in choosing Green Advisor Group.

The first installation happened in October 2022 and still the panels are not working. We have had several appointments in the past months, several people visited our home for installation and still they haven’t been successful in fixing the mistakes done by initial installation team. We were told everything will be completed last Friday but the appointment was cancelled last minute as staffs called sick. They rescheduled the appointment again to today and no one turned up. We tried calling them and waited on line for more than one hour. Could you please respect our time and efforts? Could you please respond to our emails? Could you get in touch with us? We are completely annoyed

Really frustration. Inspire spending huge money, they took 6 months to install incompletely. They dont respond on emails. Now I am left with no connection, after the panels are installed and cables hanging in my garage without connection .
