Worst people and service. All are money minded, once you sign the contract you are in their trap. There attitude changes immediately after the contract is signed. There is no trust in them. The installation people are unprofessional and rude. Charges you extra for no reason. I would never recommend anyone, please save your money and choose wisely as you don't change the kitchen frequently. I am including an update on May 27, I see the service team responded for my initial review as a formality. In actual nothing has happened after sending an email. Do not take their response seriously. Adding an update on Jun 18, your response sounds as if you did a favor to me, keep in mind you charged me 400 Euros extra for the additional work the technicians did. You even charged me for extra hour of work even though they finished the work at 12:30 noon Regarding the payment term, you only sent one reminder (ideally this is not a reminder) which was 5 weeks before the installation date. On the date of delivery the payment was not processed because of bank issue but you charged penalty on me and didn't trust to wait for few hours for the payment confirmation. While I had made 70% payment already there was no trust from your side for pending payment.

We were really excited to have Grando do the kitchen and bath in our new home. The sales experience itself was fine and pleasant, and we were excited with the plans. But then the difficulties began and are still ongoing- everything from poor to no communication, wrongly ordered parts, parts not ordered at all, appointments not made for work being done, etc. In addition we've had exciting problems like our shower flooding when you drain the bathtub, the toilet still doesn't flush properly, damage in various places, the shower leaks in various places due to bad kitting, etc etc. We've complained to them several times and they completely dismiss us and say things like "we don't recognise ourselves in these comments", or promise to call back the next day and then don't call for weeks. I understand covid and supply chain issues have made things difficult, and we've cut them a lot of slack due to this, but this has been going on for months now with no end in sight. Absolutely terrible company and customer service, avoid avoid avoid.

We received excellent service from Melisa and Roy in Zaandam. They showed us all the possibilities for our dream kitchen, and were patient and friendly. The kitchen was delivered early on Wednesday. On Thursday, it was installed by two dedicated fitters, Danny and Daan, who installed it very neatly. It was a pleasant day working with them, enjoying the occasional friendly chat. So, in retrospect, we should have gone straight to Grando Zaandam. We're so happy! A big 10!

Very satisfied with Grando, excellent advice from Melissa and Martijn. Everything was delivered and installed perfectly as agreed. Nothing but praise for the installers, Danny and Daan!!! Very fast and excellent work.
