Menno and Wietse did a fantastic job throughout the entire cycle, the moment I reached out up to now after the the purchase. The Utrecht housing market is difficult, but these guys don't only know what they are doing (they better should, it's their job after all), but they also have a fantastic network which gives them edge over other Makelaars. The result for me? A fantastic house I would have otherwise never been able to buy. Great for internationals as well
