We approached this notary 2 months before our wedding for a prenup. They assured us it could be finalized within 3 months after the wedding, so we booked an appointment 1 month after. At the appointment, they suddenly told us it’s too complicated post-wedding and they don’t have capacity. Their advice was misleading, and they took no responsibility—no help, no solution, no referral. We wasted time and now risk delays because we trusted their guidance. Unprofessional and unreliable. If we could give 0 stars we would.
