Terrible company, no respect for your belongings. The bathtub is broken, the stair mat is soaked with fecal water, and it's seeped into the basement. I called, and they said, "We'll come and mop," but that didn't solve the problem, as our stairs are now moldy and covered in fecal water.

The sewer pipe was quickly cleaned, but I was charged €250 for fifteen minutes of work. I didn't find that clear. They state that they charge a starting rate of €115 excluding VAT for the first hour, including travel time. I find that reasonable. Additional hours are €61 per hour. Now it turns out they also include the travel time from Venray to Central Limburg: 2 hours at €61. That's ridiculously expensive, and it's not made clear when you book. A rate of €61 is for specialized work, not travel time, I'd say. In short: I wouldn't book this company if you live outside of Venray, because you'll pay a hefty price.

Goosens Riooltechniek helped us very well and quickly with unclogging our sewer. Using his camera, we were able to see where the problem was located and resolve it. Highly recommended!

This autumn, we had a blockage in the drain of our utility kitchen. Goossens was inside for fifteen minutes, and afterwards we were 150 euros poorer. Incredibly expensive, but we thought that if the blockage is resolved, then it’s all good. Unfortunately, we had the same blockage two days later. We contacted Goossens, and they said they would resolve everything properly. In the end, they were unable to fix the blockage, and a few days later, we received another invoice for 380 euros... So, in total, we are 530 euros poorer without any result. Consequently, we are completely dissatisfied with the services of this company. It also turned out afterwards that they had broken a tile on our patio. Nothing was reported to us about this at the time, and naturally, we contacted them about it. They eventually admitted that they had broken the tile but did nothing further about it. These scammers are definitely not welcome back into our home!
