The gentleman was asking €75 excluding VAT for a site visit/consultation. He was supposed to provide a quote, and if he agreed, this amount would be deducted from the total price. Sounds reasonable. After he forgot us at the first appointment, we rescheduled. He arrived for the second appointment, but he was much too late (two hours later). It happens. He arrived and walked us through our house. He left with the agreement to provide a quote. Unfortunately, he then didn't contact us at all! We didn't receive a quote. We emailed several times, but still no response. During his visit, he also said he regularly doesn't contact clients. We found that rather strange. Now we know that's true. If you don't have time, dear Mr. Goedkoel, be honest and just let us know. But don't make us pay for something that will never amount to anything. So our advice is: Skip this company.
