Very satisfied with Ton Hopman and all his colleagues who have been here over the past year and a half. They've replaced several windows and are also ready to help if you have a leak. They always call ahead to let you know they're coming. They clean up everything and take the old windows away. If I ever need glass replaced again, I'll definitely call Ton. Top-notch company! Thank you for all the help you've had.

We had Hopman over to replace a large kitchen window. When making the final appointment, we indicated that they were liable for any damage to the countertop (which they wanted to work on with two people, and which, due to its small size, could break). We were then reprimanded ("I don't want to do that, I'm not doing it anymore") and told to sort it out ourselves. If you treat customers like that, you don't deserve them.
