Glason installed the windows in our new home through a contractor. Unfortunately, three large windows have streaks in the glass. These are clearly visible from a distance of 2 meters. Glason refuses to repair them. Their argument, which seems arrogant to me, is that they're busy enough and can't currently meet the demand. We (=Glason) are currently keeping the Netherlands afloat during this coronavirus crisis, and good luck with that. Unbelievably large streaks in the window cavity and scratches on the windows. In the last photo, you can see an alder leaf between the sealant and the pane 🥲

Over 20 years ago, we bought a glass top for our oak coffee table from Glason. After many small hands and toys, it no longer looked pristine. Time for a beautiful, shiny glass top. We placed the order and two weeks later we got the green light. The old top could be immediately returned for recycling. We also received rubber caps for the glass top to rest on. Now we have a beautiful piece again. Grateful for the service. 🙏🍀

They replaced all our double glazing with HR++ glazing, and they did the entire house in one day at a competitive price. I would definitely recommend them.
