With this company, you're constantly dealing with different people, which means a lot can go wrong. If you send an email to your contact person canceling the order, it suddenly doesn't arrive, or so they claim. If you call a few days later after sending the email to confirm your cancellation, it turns out this wasn't passed on to the right person either, or so they claim. When the windows I'd canceled were finally delivered, it turned out they'd forgotten to quote for one window. This made the quote much more expensive than the competition, plus the additional costs, and the comparison with competitors wasn't fair. This company's prices are incredibly high, and their administration is in disarray. So my advice: look elsewhere!

During our quote request appointment, it turned out we needed a separate appointment with a carpenter due to some desired changes to some window frames. Glascentrale Midden Holland would arrange for that carpenter. After three weeks of not hearing from either the carpenter or Glascentrale, we sent them an email. We haven't received a response for over two weeks.

Not very satisfied. Long wait, and when the glass arrives, it turns out to be faulty. More waiting. They don't offer a warranty on minor damage to the glass. And the glazing beads they supplied aren't of good quality either. We won't be doing business with them again anytime soon. And we won't be advertising either.
