After water damage at my in-laws' house, we had Michiels re-paper a wall. Until now, we had had limitless faith in Michiels Reusel. The result this time: several folds and wrinkles in the wallpaper. Simply not a neat finish. Afterward, we sent photos to Michiels and contacted them both by phone and email. The blame then fell on everything but Michiels. We were fobbed off and not taken seriously by the owner. It's obviously not a lucrative order, simply wallpapering a wall, but delivering quality is our top priority. This time, it was a real cold shower for Michiels from Reusel, and a huge disappointment for us.
