Glad-gietvloeren (Joey) immediately struck me as a professional shop! Our floor has been in place in our new-build home for five years now, and we're thrilled with it! The cast floor has its own undeniable look, like a two-tone pattern! Nothing compares, expertly installed! (We handed in the keys, and they delivered them perfectly afterward.) The aftercare required after five years was provided as a courtesy! I don't mind the aftercare; I know that everything in life is vibrant and a result of the combination of the cast floor and the subfloor. Thanks Joey for the aftercare, and you know we're thrilled with it!

I connected with Joey through photos of Glad douche on Instagram. After two visits to the showroom in Dongen and a home visit with excellent explanations, we placed the order to have our bathroom smoothed. We did all the preparations ourselves as agreed, and received a great tip from Joey, who even answers questions on weekends. Agreed upon agreements, everything went according to plan. They employed a top-notch professional who works neatly and reliably. The result exceeded our expectations, and all the new X2O furniture makes our bathroom feel like hotel chic!

We felt comfortable right from the start. Joey explains things clearly and is incredibly friendly. He's knowledgeable, and we received samples of different colors. He even visited our home, and thankfully, the PU-cast floor could be installed over the tiles. We had to move out for a week, so we left everything to Joey and his colleagues. We had to go on vacation (which was a shame). Once home, we were pleasantly surprised by the craftsmanship. The color and blend were perfect; it couldn't have been better. Fantastic!!! Everything was neatly finished and left tidy.

Our new house had ugly tile floors, both downstairs and upstairs. We always wanted a poured floor and visited quite a few companies. We had the best experience with Joey. Great communication, clear explanations, and someone who thinks along with us and keeps his promises. We're still very happy with our choice. It's been almost four years now, but the floor still looks great. Even with a dog and children, in a house where people live. Highly recommended!
